Melton Mowbray Ladies Open Competition Results 2023
There was a good turn out of clubs at Melton Mowbray’s Ladies annual open competition held on 23 April with the following clubs taking part:
Men – Upper Eden, Felton Eccles, Bedfordshire, Upton, Bosley, Lincoln, Sandhurst, York, Oxney Vines Cross, St Enoder
Ladies / Junior – Bedfordshire, Upper Eden (A and B), Bedford Ladies, Melton Mowbray Ladies, Army Ladies, St Enoder
It was a very wet and muddy day which made the conditions difficult for all of the competitors. The results were as follows:
Men Catchweight – 1. Lincoln – 2. Felton Eccles
Men 580 – 1. Lincoln – 2. Bosley
Men 680 – 1. Felton Eccles – 2. Lincoln
Men 600 – 1. Lincoln – 2. Bosley
Men 640 – 1. Felton Eccles – 2. St Enoder
Mixed 580 – 1. Bosley – 2. St Enoder
Ladies/Junior 520 – 1. Melton Mowbray – 2. Bedford Ladies
Ladies/Junior 540 – 1. Army Ladies – 2. Melton Mowbray
Ladies/Junior 560 – 1. Melton Mowbray – 2. Upper Eden
